Bucyrus itinerary and directions

We need to have the bus packed the night before – see box to the side.

Directions to the meet provided on the back of this sheet and on our website.

6:00 – bus leaves SJA. We won’t really wait, so you want to be on time for this. Bagels, bananas, and crackers will be provided.

8:10 – varsity begins warm-up
8:50 – varsity should be at the start line with spikes on – no assigned boxes – first come first serve.
9:00 – varsity race. There may be 20 or more teams so we need to run smart.
9:45 – JV/open begins warm-up
10:20 – JV should be at the start line with spikes on – again, no assigned boxes.
10:30 – JV/open race

After everybody has warmed down we will leave – hopefully around 12:00. We will stop at the outlet mall for one hour for lunch/shopping.

3:00 – return to SJA

You may ride home with your parents, but you are asked to ride to the meet with the team.

Directions from SJA to Crawford County Fairgrounds

1: Start out going NORTH on ROCKY RIVER DR/OH-237 toward CLAIRE AVE.
2: Turn RIGHT onto SOUTHLAND AVE.
3: Turn RIGHT onto MUNN RD.
4: Turn RIGHT onto WARREN RD.
5: WARREN RD becomes W 150TH ST.
6: Turn RIGHT onto W 154TH ST.
7: Merge onto I-71 S via the ramp on the LEFT. (63 miles)
8: Merge onto US-30 W via EXIT 176 toward MANSFIELD. (29 miles)
9: Take the CR-330 exit toward BUCYRUS. (.4 miles)
10: Turn LEFT onto US-30 BL/LINCOLN HWY/CR-330. (1.4 miles)
11: Turn LEFT onto WHETSTONE ST. (.5 miles)
12: End at 610 Whetstone St Bucyrus, OH 44820-2966
