Track and field is nearly done and its time to think about fall cc at SJA!
Before you/we do that a few things need to be taken care of...
1. Recover mentally from school, sports, and everything else (I've intentionally put this first on the list)
2. Recover physically. If you have any injuries, "hot spots", or other ailments that require attention and rest, get those fully taken care of
3. Get new shoes for the summer. Please don't wait too long and get injured for no reason.
4. Start devising your motivations. Find reasons to push yourself on hot days, rainy days, and lazy days.
5. Get organized with your parents. Cross country is a full varsity sport that requires a full family effort. Whether it is your driving schedule to practices, having good food in the house, taking SAT's, etc...everyone needs to be on the same page. Start now!
6. Think of ways to make this team better and to make your experience, and everyone's experience, the best it can possibly be.
The summer conditioning days and fall meet schedule are now posted to the far right. Please look them up, set those days aside, and commit to it!
