Mon, Aug 6 – SJA 8:00-10:00 – talk to team about expectations and rules. Warm-up, run a bit around tyler field, lift. MUST HAVE PAPERWORK AND PHYSICAL UP-TO-DATE!!!
Tuesday, Aug 7 – edgewater 8:00-10:00 – hills, mileage, beach yoga. Meet at lower campus near the new building.
Wed, Aug 8 – SJA – cross train, lift, and run for some
Thursday, Aug 9 – mastick 8:00-10:00 – mileage and fast last mile
Friday, Aug 10 – full day team camp - still to be confirmed.
Meet at SJA – bus leaves 7:30 to go to “X” (chapin Hobart?, someplace in CVNP? Brecksville?)

Saturday, Aug 11 – off from practice – optional Guardian Mile to race or watch in person. There will be a high school division, but the big show will be separate men’s and women’s elite races.
