Monday, Sept 19 - Mastick 3:40-5:15. Top 15 LT miles, the rest 4 miles
Tuesday, Sept 20 - meet at Open Door Christian Academy in Elyria (directions will be posted). Top 15 NOT racing, but will travel to run and cheer.

Wednesday, Sept 21 - 2pm release at SJA 3:40-5:00
Top 15 mile time trial on SJA track (Helen do 800), the rest have separate workout
Thursday, Sept 22 - typical Thursday, 3:40-5:00
Friday, Sept 23 - depart for Dayton at 11:30. Make arrangements with teachers of PM classes! Go to course, pre-meet, spaghetti dinner, team meeting, bed. Will not post hotel online.
Saturday, Sept 24 - early wake-up
10:00am - varsity GOLD race - top 14 racing together
11:30am - GOLD reserve - the rest of the competitors
Sunday, Sept 25...nothing organized planned at this time.
