For senior night, here are some basics
3:30 – course set up by coaches, team, parents
5:00 – boys race (St. Ignatius, Mentor ,
Lakewood )
5:30 – introduction of seniors
5:45 – girls race (St. Joseph ,
Mentor , Lakewood )
6:30 – team cookout and campfire (if weather permits – we will
decide on Monday 2 days before)
We will need parents, especially parents with powered
backpack leaf blowers, to help prep the course for the races. This typically means removing walnuts and
raking leaves (yes, leaves will be on the ground).
For the first time we’d like to have a cookout for all the
athletes, parents, and alums afterward if the weather permits. This maybe would last until 7:00pm or later
if all goes well. We will divide food
needs as necessary beforehand.
Thanks!
