There will be a separate email for the post-meet review, results,
etc...tonight. I wanted to get this out earlier for your planning
purposes.
We are moving to 3:30 starts all week (sadly).
Monday, Aug 25 - South Mastick 3:30-5:15 - threshold work similar to last Monday
Tuesday, Aug 26 - South Mastick 3:30-5:00 - mileage day
Wednesday, Aug 27 - Memorial Field 3:30-5:15 - ladder work
Thursday, Aug 28 - SJA cross train day (joggers should come
at 3:00 to get their run done first please)
Friday, Aug 29 - leave for Hilliard. Time to be
determined, but expecting something near 1:30 or 2:00pm.
Saturday, Aug 30 - meet at Hilliard Davidson (see itinerary
on team website for hotel and race times)
Sunday, Aug 31 - no scheduled work
Monday, Sept 1 - expect a Labor Day long run at the
towpath...please block your early morning off for this!!! probably 8:00am start to beat the heat.
