Wednesday, October 8 – early dismissal day. Same as last time. Leave SJA for Memorial Field at 2:30. Captains wheel out and mark the 800m
loop. Team begin warm-up at 3:15…workout
will begin around 3:45. Done by 5:00.

Mastick . Meet at
9:00am. Jog to start for warm-up and
stretch. Time trial at 9:35. Warm-down and food. Done by 10:30.

night meet. Information for that meet
can be found on our website – one of the tabs at the top. We hope to have a cookout after the races,
