7:45 – bus leaves SJA with Coach Welch
8:30 – bus hopefully arrives at Medina’s course (NOT the high school – see directions)
Learn the course! Knowing the course will allow you to run faster!
9:15 – varsity warm-up
9:45 – get spikes on
10:00 – varsity race
10:20 – open warm up
10:50 – open spikes on
11:05 – open race
* more than likely the top 7 from this meet will be the varsity next week at Sim Earich as well – we may run 2 varsities there, so the next 7 could be a “B” varsity – fight for it!
Varsity – make sure uniforms match!!!

Ella Caravan Elementary School
I-71 South to Rt 18. exit
Take Rt 18 west to Rt 3
Take Rt 3 south to West Park Road.
Turn Right on West Park Road and pass Lawrence – you will see the course from there.
